Things That Make Me Warm & Fuzzy:
1. Listening to 90s on the 9 (a la Sirius satellite radio) at work all day. Hells yeah I'll take some Ace of Base and TLC.
2. Gluten free fried calamari! The hubs & I went out to dinner on Saturday, and he found a restaurant with a gluten free menu just for me. Aside from bread pudding, fried calamari is the one thing I miss the most since becoming gluten free (yeah, I'm a healthy eater)...so did we pay the obscenely ridiculous price for the GF goods? Absolutely. Was it worth it? Words cannot even explain.
3. Getting to see the hubs after a week away from work. That's all I'm gonna say, since some of his co-workers give him crap when I write about snuggling & breakfast in bed :)
4. The 5 year engagement. Just kidding - I don't even know if it was a good movie, but I WANT to see it (I LOVE Jason Segel)...anyone have any reviews?
5. White on white BEFORE Memorial Day. Rules Schmules - I'm breaking them in the worst way with this outfit. And the bad news - I actually kind of hate this outfit (so it DOES NOT make me warm & fuzzy, I'm also a liar). I don't think white is my color, so white on white....blech. No need for YOU guys to be liars about liking it :)
I have seen some other bloggers pull it off though, so kudos to THEM.

Wait, are you serious? This outfit is amazing.
ReplyDeleteAlso, the gluten free thing is a total myth if you don't actually need to be eating gluten free because of a gluten allergy. And I actually think it trivialized what is a very serious allergy for people who suffer from it. My friends who have gluten allergies have to ask every waiter at every restaurant countless questions about what touches what in the kitchen because a mere touch of a gluten-containing item to their food could be seriously detrimental. Anyway, the point is that gluten free =/= healthy.
