So this is the outfit I wore to the casino the weekend before last. We went for a friend's birthday party, and it was a blast! I have to say though, I felt a litttttle overdressed in my white peplum. Probably because the bar we went to had gogo dancers that were basically wearing denim shorts as thongs, along with ripped fishnet stockings, bras that were 3 sizes too small, and horrible furry boots. I was going to try to provide a link to an image so you would know what I was talking about, but then I thought my blog might go on some black list, so you'll just have to use your imaginations. But yeah, peplum seemed a little too sophisticated for a place like this. I think me & my peplum are going to stick to more classy establishments like the actual casino. You know, the place where people chain smoke, there are 50 year old cocktail waitresses with bad dye jobs wearing mini skirts, and every 3rd person I saw was wearing sweatpants and a wind breaker, or riding a scooter. Oh wait, we didn't fit in there either. Darn.
