Monday Stripes

You would think not working on Monday would make Monday feel less, well...Monday-ish...but for some reason, even though I don't have a long work day ahead, I'm still feeling a bit of the craziness that comes with starting a new week. Meaning I definitely need an extra large coffee and a cute outfit to get me through the day. So a big shout out to Casey over at Avery Lane Boutique for sending me this lovely little striped dress. Did you all have a nice weekend? Mine was mostly spent working...sigh. But on Sunday, we headed out with Aggie to go apple picking. It was a beautiful day so we packed a picnic and planned on enjoying it in the sunshine...until Aggie decided to chow down on some poison ivy. So the afternoon was spent at the vet's office, disinfecting everything we had touched that morning, and convincing each other that every itch we felt was NOT the start of a horrible poison ivy rash. Anyway, Aggie is fine...and at least we got some apple crisp when all was said and done :)
